Creative, healthy spice blends that elevate your cooking and baking!
Meet My Kneads® is an impact-driven spice blend startup based in Palo Alto, CA.
We are repairing the world by breaking bread! With our innovative spice blends, we are inspiring and energizing home cooks and bakers to change up their recipes with effortless variety. We are engaging with communities close to home and across the globe to share our creative successes, adventurous kitchen experiments and beautiful feeling of sharing meals with family and friends.
Our spices are packed in adorable glass jars- not plastic. All of our blends are gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan and kosher.
They are also utterly delicious! We spent oodles of time in our kitchen lab mixing up over 100 blends until we landed on the perfect recipes that make your everyday meals POP! Profits from our spice blend sales go to organizations that are addressing food insecurity on college campuses, including Swipe Out Hunger and Challah For Hunger.

Susie’s class was a fantastic, engaging experience! I especially appreciated how accessible and easy-to-follow-along the class was.
This class left me wanting to learn more and take additional classes....Susie is a natural teacher, who even via zoom makes you feel like you are right there with her in the kitchen. She is a wealth of knowledge and fun to learn from!
“Susie’s fun, creative, and simple approach to baking challah gave me confidence to make bread. I learned easy techniques and found my inner baker! I enjoyed the online format - I could see things up close and Susie made time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this class!
And these spice blends are my secret to getting my family to eat vegetables!"
"I discovered Susie ... on Instagram after which I became incredibly inspired by both her story and her incredible spices that seemingly make everything I cook taste better. She spoke for my Hadassah group and it was easily the best event we have had. Her presentation was thoughtful and inspiring, which was no surprise because that’s what she is!"
