If you eat this soup, you may just live to be 108! It’s so good that in our house we call it “The Soup”. It transports me back to my many walks through The Shuk with the magnificent vegetables and barrels of intoxicating spices.  This vegetarian, gluten free, fiber-rich soup is my riff on the fabulous @CookieandKate’s recipe.  I start with @peaslovencarrots vegetable stock p.89 but feel free to use yours or even store bought.
